Our company Bank Rakyat Malaysia Berhad is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Johor Bahru, Sungai Petani, Ipoh, & Kuching and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree and experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & Banking/Financial, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of relationship manager, sme & micro (kedah / perak / johor / sarawak) and be able to work in full time system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 4,500 - RM 9,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify potential SME & Micro clients and analyze their business needs.
To manage and enhance the existing SME & Micro portfolio and solicit acceptable new relationships in order to meet the pre-set financial / non-financial objectives.
Analyze key clients to understand their need and develop targeted client acquisition strategy by selling SME & Micro facilities.
Provide close and customized attention to the client to further leverage for any sales opportunities as well as gather feedback on any further service improvement.
Conduct credit evaluation and site visit to determine creditworthiness of the potential clients includes financing proposal and issuance letter of offer.
Drive acquisition and retention of business clients and effectively engaging the client by providing superior customer service.
To maintain quality portfolio via structured monitoring plan and timely account review / renewal.
To closely monitor customers, conduct of accounts and to take necessary pre-emptive action to minimize default in the repayment/settlement of banking facilities by the customers.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Possessed minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience as Business Banking Relationship Manager / Account Manager / Credit Analyst with Financial Institutions.
Possess excellent sales and marketing skills in seeking new business and enhancing existing portfolio.
Good command of English in writing and communication.
Good interpersonal and relationship skills and able to interact with people at all level.
Result driven and able work under minimum supervision.
Strong accounting / financial analytical, credit evaluations and credit writing skills.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Candidates with Professional Qualification in Certified Credit Professional (CCP) or Business Credit Professional (BCP) or Certified Credit Executive (CCE) will be an advantage.
