Job Responsibilities:

•      To carry out structural (building) engineering designs works.

•      To attend site meetings and conduct site inspections.

•      Liaise with consultants on project related technical issues.

•      To comply with company ISO requirements.

•      Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards

•      Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development

•      Determine and present estimates of operational costs

•      Evaluate operations and processes

•      Test material and structural integrity

•      Incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable features into design plans

•      Create graphical representations of proposed solutions

•      Prepare proposal documents and presentations

•      Compile and present reports explaining project details to non-technical stakeholders

•      Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards

•      Direct engineering activities, assign tasks and provide training and support

•      Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines

•      Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities

•      Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcome

•      Identify problems at project sites and provide technical support and recommendations to resolve the problems

•      Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among team members and being supportive and working effectively together

•      Any other job as assigned by Project Manager.

Academic requirements：

• Fluent skill for CAD and Microsoft Office software;

• Languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malayu;

• Bachelor Hons Environmental/Mechanical/Civil/Structural Engineering, or Related Experiences.

• Must be registered with Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM)

• Knowledge of common civil/ structural engineering analysis software would be added advantage.

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in building design.

• Fresh graduates with good working attitude and willingness to learn and adapt are also encouraged to apply

• Able work at site will be more prefered
