We are pleased to inform you that our company office, Aveta Global Marketing Sdn Bhd is currently seeking candidates to then join and fill the position as Sales Executive and able to work under full time working hours system.

We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.

We are offering a salary of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Position Overview:

The role of the Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and promoting the company’s motorcycles to dealerships, distributors, and potential customers. The primary focus of the role is to build strong relationships with dealers and clients, understand their needs, and present the company’s motorcycles as the ideal solution. The Salesman will play a vital role in achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify potential dealerships and distributors to expand the company’s network.
  • Reach out to new prospects and establish strong business relationships.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company’s motorcycles.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with dealers and distributors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and assistance to dealers to ensure successful sales.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback from dealers and clients in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between the manufacturing company and its sales partners.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Gather feedback from dealers and customers to improve product offerings.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management.

4. Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Stay updated on the company’s motorcycle models, features, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct training sessions for dealers and distributors on new products and enhancements.

5. Sales Targets and Performance:

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team and management to set and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute action plans to meet or exceed sales goals.

6. Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure that all sales-related paperwork and documentation are accurate and complete.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Preferably proven track record of successful sales experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of motorcycles, their technical aspects, and the market landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and dealers.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with dealers and attend events.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Understanding of market research and sales analysis.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.

The Account Executive must be a passionate advocate for the company’s motorcycles, capable of building strong relationships with dealers and clients, and possess a deep understanding of the motorcycle market. Their sales expertise and business acumen will contribute to the company’s overall success and expansion in the industry.
