American Air Filter Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Shah Alam/Subang and surrounding areas as sales administration assistant manager/ manager with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.

The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Not Specified and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary RM 6,000 - RM 8,400 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

Position Summary

The Sales Administration Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales-related activities within the organization. In addition to traditional sales administration responsibilities, this role includes event organization and coordination, encompassing transport and hotel booking to company sales related event.

  • To monitor and sort out the enquiries to channel to the respective Sales Personnel.
  • To verify quotation for customer that prepared from sales engineer/ executive and prepare quotation if needed as instructed.
  • To provide, efficient and excellent quality of sales support and administrative service to sales personnel.
  • To work with sales department in achieving targeted monthly invoice sales set by management.
  • To ensure proper documentation filing for reference when required.
  • To ensure the reminders of payment due dates and customer credit issues to relevant sales person and customers
  • To ensure and monitor all other relevant documents, e.g.: Sample requisition, PRN, other relevant to Sales are filled and completed. 
  • To ensure customer orders (order entry, order acknowledgement and forward order to production) are being processed.
  • To check and review on all sales order, delivery arrangement, billing comply, delivery order with company policy.
  • To process CN, DN and GRN when necessary.
  • To verity and accuracy in SO information and details before further processing.
  • To ensure proper documentation filing for reference when required and needed.
  • To send reminders of payment due dates and customer credit issues to relevant sales person.
  • To prepare Weekly / Monthly Closing Report to related parties.
  • To efficiently provide services to customers by advising delivery status, order status etc. as per standard set by the company.
  • To ensure customer service quality is as per standard that set by the Company.
  • To review the production and delivery schedule to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of finished goods
  • To generate backlog from SAP Systems and ensure payment from customer is in timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining sales and administrative processes and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of sales operations
  • Handle hotel bookings and accommodations for the team during company events.
  • o handle admin ad-hoc task as required.
  • To performs other related duties as assigned by superior. 

Job Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree business administration or in any discipline.
  • At least 8 years working experience in admin related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication to provide excellence customer service to company customer.
  • Strong leadership to lead subordinates.
  • Good command and writing in both speaking and writing in English and Bahasa. 
  • Strong analysis, planning, Initiative and able to work independently. 
  • PC Skills: Basic Windows, Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP system.
  • Teamwork Interpersonal Skills.
