We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Project Manager / Executive. For those of you who live in Selangor and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, JK Concepts Sdn Bhd, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Building/Construction & Architect/Interior Design with at least Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 3,000 - RM 6,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the management of retail fit-out project implementation from planning, coordination, quality control, completion to handover.

Will have responsibility for overseeing the work of the site team according to the assigned projects.

Job Specification:-

(A) Education & Certifications (if applicable)

• Minimum Advanced / Higher Diploma in any discipline

(B) Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• At least 2 years in project management preferably in the construction or Fit-Out industry

• Knowledge in Quantity Surveying: taking-off, able to read construct/ technical drawings and identify building materials

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Good communication and coordination skills to communicate with internal teams, contractors and clients

• Ability to motivate and keep staff on task and manage projects

• Has desire and willingness to continuously learn and take on new challenges

• Ability to work cooperatively, flexibly and as a member of a team

• Trustworthy committed with strong team spirit
