We are pleased to inform you that our company office, GAMUDA LAND SDN BHD is currently seeking candidates to then join and fill the position as Manager - Project and able to work under full time working hours system.
We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Building/Construction & Civil/Construction with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. - Responsible for all engineering related development concept, drawings’ review and design optimization.
- Responsible for the engineering consultant’s procurement and evaluating their performance.
- To shortlist the consulting engineers of the particular discipline to be invited to submit their services, financial proposal and to recommend the consulting engineers for engagement.
- To review the development’s engineering concept with respective engineers.
- To ensure drawings review and design optimization objectives are achieved.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
- Consistently advocate sustainable environmental planning into departments.

- To demonstrate leadership and commitment for the overall implementation of the quality and environmental management system in the department / project.
- Ensure departmental environmental sustainability target/ KPI are monitors and reported periodically.
- Ensure applicable environmental responsibilities or authorities for relevant roles within its department are assigned, communicated and maintained as documented information.
- Take ownership for departmental processes and ensuring relevant environmental procedure and record are retained/ updated and conforms to the ISO 14001 requirement.
- To comply with applicable legal and other requirements.
- To take responsibility to protect the environment and prevent pollution
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Degree in Bachelor of Architecture
- With architecture and general C&S design knowledge.
- Large development design experience.
- Knowledge of current authorities.
- General M&E design requirements.
