Currently, our client who is a global company is looking to recruit multiple Junior Accountants to join their shared service.
They are open to both Fresh Graduates and Experienced Hire with maximum 2 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for performing daily accounting tasks encompassing General Ledger and Fixed Assets modules, month-end and year-end closure procedures, reporting, reconciliation, and ensuring adherence to statutory compliance requirements in a punctual and precise manner.
- Depending on the designated portfolio, contribute to tax computation, GST/VAT submissions, and annual tax filings. Additionally, provide support in coordinating with external auditors, consultants, and tax agents concerning financial accounting and taxation matters.
- Responsible for executing various functions within the General Accounting team, including the creation of vendor, account, and banking templates, overseeing intercompany transactions, and reviewing expense reports.
- Maintain strict compliance with financial policies, procedures, and related internal control guidelines.
- Adhere to established systems, procedures, and practices aimed at ensuring the efficient operation of both the division and the entire company.
- Take the initiative in developing, implementing, and enhancing work processes to boost productivity.
- Be prepared to undertake any other assignments that may be assigned periodically.
Key Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates and Experienced Hire with maximum 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must possess high proficiency in English.
- Must possess communication skills to ensure efficient and effective communication with all stakeholders.
