We are pleased to inform you that our company office, Aiodin Tech Sdn Bhd is currently seeking candidates to then join and fill the position as (Hybrid working) Executive Assistant and able to work under full time working hours system.

We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Secretarial/Executive Personal Assistant with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.

We are offering a salary of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Your capability will be highly appreciated by our company.

Job Description

If you are an individual who is highly self-motivated, and has exceptional interest in time management, event planning, and communications, we want to talk to you! We are looking for a full-time Personal Assistant (Hybrid Working) who can apply professional skills in a wide range of tasks including: 

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.
  • To remind the executives of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Record meeting minutes and perform follow ups.
  • Maximizing the executives’ time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communications  on their behalf.
  • To liaise with all employees on communications from the management group.
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Conducting research on various topics.
  • To compile and update organization charts
  • Other executive admin responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of direct hands-on experience in a role related to personal assistance and administration.
  • Highly organized.
  • Excellent written and oral communications. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge of online tools and software such as Google Workplace.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, can work well with anyone in the organization.
  • Tactful, resourceful, meticulous, self-motivated and able to uphold confidential matters.
  • Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.
  • Experience and knowledge in IT and Software Development is a plus.
  • Experience and knowledge in HR and Accounting is a plus.
  • Proactive in improving current processes.  
  • Creative and independent in finding ways to solve new problems.
