We are pleased to inform you that our company office, Aveta Global Marketing Sdn Bhd is currently seeking candidates to then join and fill the position as Customer Support Executive and able to work under full time working hours system.
We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Services & Customer Service with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of RM 3,000 - RM 3,500 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support for their spare parts needs. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing technical assistance related to spare parts for our products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent product knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiry Handling:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat or social media related to spare parts availability and pricing
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding spare parts to assist Dealers / Customers
- Order Processing:
- Receive and process spare parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers
- Technical Support:
- Offer technical assistance to customers by identifying the correct spare parts needed
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for common technical issues related to spare parts installation
- Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and spare parts inventory
- Generate invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents as required
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on product specifications, features, and compatibility requirements for spare parts.
- Continuously expand product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their spare parts needs have been met to their satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales, technical support, and logistics teams to streamline processes and improve overall customer service.
Requirement:
- Preferably at least 1 or more years of relevant experience
- Have basic knowledge with motorcycle spare parts
- Good in attitude and behaviour
- Ability to work in a team, including multi-departmental teams, strong organizational and meticulous with good communication, inter-personal skills
- Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Excel
· Experience/knowledge in using Shopee & Lazada online platform would be an added advantage
- Experience in Automotive Industry would be an added advantage
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
