Our company, KVC Industrial Supplies Sdn Bhd is currently opening occasion for those of you who are interested in becoming a part of our company specifically Johor, Perai, Kajang/Bangi/Serdang, Puchong & Kuching and its surrounding areas. For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of Customer Care Executive and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of RM 2,600 - RM 4,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and attend customer enquiries, ensure excellent and timely response to customers
Provide internal sales support which including preparing quotation, confirmation order, delivery order, invoices and other relevant documents
Assist sales order processing and follow up on delivery status of orders and track on collection
Co-ordinate with logistics department to ensure on-time delivery to customer
Liaise with customers to provide update order status
Process sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports
Communicate with customer via official emails regarding documentation submission, documentation status monitoring, customer approval status monitoring.
Coordinate with customers and prepare shipping documents as required.
Maintain files of all documentation and records (physical and digital) required for individual jobs.

Requirements;

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
