Our company, Renesas Electronics (Penang) Sdn. Bhd (formerly known as Integrated Device Tech are currently hiring for interested candidates to join and to be a part of our company as sales support analyst (sip - sales incentive plan) with a full time work system, which domiciled in Penang and surrounding areas. As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, & Master's Degree which experienced in Sales/Marketing & Sales - Corporate.
Candidates who uphold honesty and discipline are a must for our company.
The competitive net salary we can offer is start from RM 1,600 to a maximum of RM 3,700, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Job Summary:
The primary function of this role includes the administration of the Sales Incentive Plan for Renesas GSMU org which including the sales commission calculations, and Sales Funnel management. This position is critical to provide continued support on Sales Incentive Plan management, ensuring proper set up of the bi-annually quota plans and MBO goals as well as to provide thorough validation on the quarter-end results and payout calculations before the final payout is released to the eligible employees.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all DIN/DWIN Opty swap requests in CRM tool (e.g. Model N, Bamboo & Mercury) and ensure all approved swap requests are updated in Opty Picker tool, MBO Summary and SIP tool.
- Validate DIN $ Actual, Quarter End Status for every Design-In Optys; computerize MBO result and team average scores.
- Run SIP calculations, preparing reports for final SIP payout to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Perform audits to validate proof of Design-Ins, to ensure all Design-ins are supported with evidences, fulfillment of DIN validity as well as PL’s approval in accordance with GSMU SIP credit rule and criteria.
- Update scores for non-compliance (e.g. failed to meet DIN requirements) and provide justifications for Sales Team.
- Run preliminary SIP analysis to forecast SIP payout trends & projections.
- Work with REL (HQ) to provide the final SIP payout, conducting necessary analysis and reporting.
- Establish and update employees’ SIP profile and quota plan in SPOT.
- Conduct training for the new hires who are eligible for SIP.
- Collaborate with IT or vendor teams for system enhancement projects, acting as a subject matter expert, monitoring the progress, and participating in UAT testing.
- Master the sales funnel management process, ensuring compliance with established business processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in relevant field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS Power Point Presentation skills along with other MS Office products.
- Analytical individual with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and problem solving skills.
- Self‐driven and proactive, team player and vocal in making recommendations but also tactful.
- Good communication skills in English and takes the initiative to keep stakeholders informed.
- Candidates with experience or knowledge in Model N Revenue Management System or SAP will have added advantage.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
