Our company Sophic Automation Sdn Bhd is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Bayan Lepas & Bukit Mertajam and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of recruiter and be able to work in contract system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 2,500 - RM 3,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruiting activities and strategic Workforce acquisition projects, processes and programs to fulfil business needs and organizational priorities.
  • Responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Participate in a variety of Employer Branding events such as university career seminars, career fairs, strategic alliances with schools, and so on. To work closely with different stakeholders to make sure that employer branding activities are high-quality and new in order to attract talent.
  • Sourcing the candidate from internal and external database.
  • Daily update on Employment Requisition (ER) database of hiring
  • Conduct candidate screening and phone screening on the potential candidate profile.
  • Weekly prepare the hiring reports and analytics.
  • Partner with department heads to understand their staffing and workforce planning needs.
  • Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts, identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
  • Identify future talent needs; work with recruiting team to develop talent pools and/or social engagements.
  • Streamline the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers by developing specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.
  • Actively updating and posting in Company social media job portal regarding opening available in the moment.
  • Support and take full charge of internship to build strong recruitment pipeline with the intern’s trainee to attract and retain them.
  • In charge for newly join employee onboarding process starting with pre-onboard, orientation and welcoming newly hire, training and ease newly join transition into new role

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate or candidate with working experience in staff recruitment, talent acquisition is highly welcome.
  • Exercise responsible and professional behavior’s at all times and positively representing the Company.
  • Ensure high standards of professional presentation and grooming.
  • Be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other areas in the department if required, in order to support the demands and needs from team.
  • Focuses on the critical hiring/recruitment and meet the deadline set up.
  • Good understanding of the hiring process, key recruiting metrics, and how to drive them to deliver successful outcome.
  • High energy, well organized, discrete, professional and able to deal with complex employee retention issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be results oriented and a self-starter.
  • Highly effective judgment and interpersonal skills; and the ability to interface with all levels across the entire organization.
  • Candidate has to be very attentive to the emotions of others and very focused on building relationships. Average personality needs to be very social, trusting, and accepting of other people.
  • Exposure to various recruitment tools

Work Location : Bukit Minyak (Mostly) & Bayan Lepas, Penang

Working Hour : 8.30AM – 5.30PM / 9.30AM – 6.30PM
