We are hiring for the position of Pharmacist with full time working hours for our company office, Georgetown & Wellings Pharmacy, for residents of George Town, Perak & Kulim and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Healthcare & Pharmacy and at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of RM 5,800 - RM 7,500, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

JOB SUMMARY:

Provide general healthcare advice and supply prescription and non-prescription medication to the public. Assists Branch Manager in managing pharmacy operations according to agreed standards and procedures in order to ensure the agreed profitability and turnover targets are achieved.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide advice and information in pharmaceutical care to all customers
Recruit customer focused team to develop strong long term customer relations
Assist Branch Manager to maintain adequate staffing levels according to meet business needs and build an atmosphere of teamwork
Building sales through by executing various in-store activities and creating a positive presence in the community
Supporting Branch Manager in ensuring the branch day-to-day operations are in order

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Pharmacy and registered with Malaysian Pharmaceutical Board and qualified for Licenses A
Pleasant personality with good communication & interpersonal skills
Able to interact well with all levels of people and management
Enthusiastic, proactive, passionate in pharmacy profession and have genuine interest in community pharmacy practices.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
Candidate with no retail experience are also encourage to apply as training will be provided
Part-time / Locum positions are also available
