We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Indoor Sales in our company, Focus Electrical Malaysia Sdn Bhd. For candidates who reside in Selayang and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales and possess a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Diploma, & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 2,000 - RM 2,500 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

1. Effectively handling of all incoming sales enquiries
2. Responsible for daily indoor sales and sales administrative documentation & activities such as preparation of customer application form, quotations, sales order, delivery order and invoices
3. Self-monitoring the customer credit limit and outstanding term and ensuring that customers are making payments on time and not exceeding their credit limits
4. Work closely with logistic departments to ensure that the goods are delivered to customers promptly
5. Attend customer complaints and enquiries regarding products or services whenever necessary
6. Meet and exceed sales goals set by the Management
7. To process sales, including entering orders, pulling product out of inventory, and scheduling delivery or helping buyers load orders
8. Maintain good relationships with all existing, new and potential customers to increase closing deal and returned customers rates
9. Collect payment from term customers
10.To perform duties assigned by superior & be able to complete independently
