We are hiring! To candidates with Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Top Management, we Eonmetall Group Bhd, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as general manager and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Penang - Others and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 12,000 - RM 16,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to day operations.
- Design strategy and set goals for growth.
- Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity.
- Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance review and address any performance issues.
- Provide inspired leadership for the Company.
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, legal requirements and ethical standards.
- Mitigate potential risks by implementing appropriate control measures and fostering a culture of compliance.
- Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.
- Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and maximize output while maintaining quality standards.
- Lead and manage the operations staff, providing guidance, coaching and mentoring to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Champion a culture of continues improvement by fostering innovation and identifying opportunities to enhance operational processes and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all operations staffs.
- Implement safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and accidents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Proven experience as General Manager or similar executive role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problems-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using proven industry methods and tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S and etc.
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
