BHD. is currently seeking candidates to then join and fill the position as Computer Technician and able to work under full time working hours system.

We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Computer/Information Technology & IT-Hardware with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of RM 1,900 - RM 2,400 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Requirement:
- Basic/Advance computer hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Min. 1 year working experience in related field or above.
- Detect and troubleshoot networking issue.
- Own transportation, prefer D & B2 license holder.
- Able to work independent and able to outstation.

Job Scope:
- Installing and configuring client computer systems.
- Responding to client IT support requests.
- Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote access tools.
- Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
- Managing multiple cases at one time.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Delivery, installation, configuration & testing on hardware purchased by customers.
- Maintaining good customer relations.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
- Tracking and managing work records. (Onsite Form – Service Report).
- Compiling job reports and update on Internal System. (Daily).
- Standby to resolve system breakdown (after office hour).
