We are hiring! To candidates with Not Specified which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Arts/Media/Communications & Arts/Creative Design, we Aiodin Tech Sdn Bhd, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as (work from home) junior graphic designer and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Kelantan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Pahang, Perak, Sabah, & Selangor and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

The essentials of the role:
- Brainstorm and creative ideas and conceptualize designs for digital platforms such as website, mobile apps.
- Ensure high quality visual standards and brand consistency.
- Execute design briefs provided by the Marketing Team and ensure timely follow-through.
- Work closely with web developers and back-end teams to provide highly innovative and intuitive web and mobile applications content.
- Keep up to date with the Web design trends, proactively knowledge sharing with respective teams.
- Collaborate with Project Management Team, Design Team, Content Team, Front-end and Back-end Teams to bring projects and initiatives to fruition.
- Familiar with problem solving methodology e.g., design thinking, lean UX, agile and google sprint.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Digital/Creative/Graphics/Multimedia Design discipline.
- Prefer 1 year of working experience in user experience design and UI development for web and mobile platforms. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- HTML5, CSS3, Figma knowledge are a plus
- Highly proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Web Design, and Design (UI/UX)
- Organized and efficient in time management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship, expression and interaction skills.
- Required language(s): Mandarin (MUST) & English
