As a competent company, we Xedea Sdn Bhd are looking for candidates for the position of web designer with full time work system. We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree, experienced in Arts/Media/Communications & Arts/Creative Design and domiciled in Subang Jaya and surrounding areas.
Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary RM 3,000 - RM 4,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Job Description
This role is for someone who enjoys solving technical related problems, developing systems and procedures to improve the quality and efficiency of the Web team to support other department needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to the internal marketing team and client.
- Manage incidents and service requests from the ticketing system, emails, calls and chats.
- Building, editing and investigating on CRM and software such as Elementor, WP Bakery, WordPress, Shopify.
- Maintain PCs and perform end user system installs, break/fix and/or removals in compliance with asset management and data security policies.
- Follow standard operating procedures; accurately log and update all work tickets using the ticketing system.
- Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
- Perform root cause analysis for identified problems.
- Set clear and reasonable expectations with clients as to resolution and timeframe, keeping users informed of progress.
- Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to IT or web support.
- Improve understanding of web operations, applications, systems and business-related processes and procedures.
Personal Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged.
- 1 year experience would be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of code such as CSS, PHP and HTML.
- Experience in CRM, software and project management tools will be an added advantage.
- Meticulous, organized and efficient.
Compensation, benefits & working environment
- Gross salary of RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 (depending on experience)
- Annual increment & bonus opportunities
- 14 days annual leave, standard medical leave, birthday leave & volunteer leave (if you do volunteer work)
- Hybrid working situation – 3 days from office, 2 days from home
- Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM
