RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assures that all work product complies with the company policies and procedures and are in line with Customer Services’ overall sales strategy.

2. Applies general knowledge of Customer Services products and services to identify sales opportunities and propose solutions for how these products best meet customer needs, as part of consultative selling.

3. Develops, communicates, and executes individual sales plans and customer-specific sales strategies such as customer calls, technical presentations with assistance from the Principal wherever necessary, and customer entertainment with the objective of meeting the sales targets for the assigned customers.

4. Manages customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and has detailed knowledge of customer account business planning, applications, and procurement procedures. Continually refreshes knowledge about the details of the customer’s business to fully understand and identify which applications would benefit the customer from Principal’s aftermarket products and services.

5. Works closely with the Principal’s Account Manager to identify competitive threats, potential to deliver to customer expectations, pricing, challenges, opportunities, etc. Responsible for keeping current on competitor technical and commercial developments, and tactics. Provide market feedback and defend the aftermarket from competitive threats.

6. Understand contractual obligations and terms and conditions to manage the company’s business risk.

7. Build trust with the customers and with colleagues by demonstrating the company’s commitment to integrity in all business transactions.

8. Manages the working relationship with the Principal and provides information and support for mutual success.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Relationship Account Management.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Candidate posses least 2 years (s) to 5 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Candidate possesses great problem-solving abilities, the ability to think critically and analyze efficiently, and high leadership qualities.
• Ability to deal with customers effectively, maintaining and developing relationships with customers.
• Ability to review individual account/sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets, gaining a clear understanding of customers’ business and requirements.
• Ability to perform contract administration and management, and able to advise and verify the compliance of contractual requirements in relation to the actual and/or variation works.
• Candidate is able to start immediately.
