We are hiring! To candidates with Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev, we Powin Steel Industries Sdn Bhd, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as sales & marketing executive and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Melaka and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Responsibilities
- Identify and create a pipeline of potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, networking, online research and inbound inquiries.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of company’s products.
- Close deals and secure new clients or customers by understanding their needs and demonstrating how company’s offerings can meet those needs.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company’s goals and revenue targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences and competitive landscape.
- Create compelling marketing content, including flyers, videos, infographics and other materials to engage and educate the target audience.
- Manage online presence and digital marketing efforts, including social media marketing.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to make improvements in product offerings and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in Business studies or relevant qualification
- Technical knowledge in steel and building construction industry will be added advantage
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia, Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage
- Excellent in marketing, persuading, interpersonal & communication skills
- Willing to travel
