We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Sales & Marketing Executive in our company, LAYARAN PINTAS SDN BHD. For candidates who reside in Kajang/Bangi/Serdang and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Building/Construction & Property/Real Estate and possess a Not Specified or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 3,000 - RM 5,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries and assist them in relation to any pre and post sales matters.
- Prepare all sales related documents for the sales process
- Assist all matters concerning sales & marketing activities and comply with the ISO.
- Assist in the overall sales & marketing related activities and administrative works of the department.
- Assist in developing and completing all necessary marketing collaterals from the initial stage to final production, execution and distribution.
- Assist in coordinating and arranging a study tour of the department.
- Responsible for developing marketing research database by ongoing conduct market survey to obtain the insights of the development trend and latest info of the industry and competitors.
- Responsible to safeguard and update our existing database in term of product analysis.
- Responsible to provide and develop relevant strategies to achieve the annual sales target.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Professional Certificate / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in property sales & marketing.
- Experience in marketing residential developments and/or major commercial developments will be an added advantage.
- Good in negotiation skills in closing sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, proactive and energetic personalities.
- Self-motivated, creative and able to work in a team.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Willing to work on weekend and public holidays.
- Possess own transportation.
