- Experienced in Sales/Marketing & Sales - Eng/Tech/IT
- Behave in a disciplined, honest, responsible, and professional manner in the work environment.
The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, motivate, and monitor team performance and activities based on assigned products/solutions.
- Assist the sales team member in negotiations and deal-closing with potential customers.
- Provide sales forecast and report sales progression/activities to the management.
- Provide inputs to develop proper pricing strategies, balancing organization objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Develop & implement company go-to-market strategy.
- Maintain company relationships with prospective customers by providing up-to-date promotional activities to secure and achieve business objectives.
- Ascertain client needs and respond regarding products and services to strengthen mutual business commitment.
- Take ownership and lead in compiling, preparing, and submitting tender or business proposals.
- To up-keep, regularly in a timely manner, all reporting requirements such as up to date customer’s profile, weekly activity, and opportunity management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics/Geospatial/GIS, Civil Engineering, and Computer Science/Business Administration with good CGPA.·
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Experience and operating GPS/GNSS/Total Station/ 3D Scanner/BIM/ GIS/3D Software is an added advantage
- Good communication skills.
- Have experience in managing a team, or guiding, mentoring junior ·
- Experience in planning and implementing sales and product strategies·
- Results-driven and proactive·
- Pleasant personality and work well in a team environment·
- Valid driving license & preferably possess own transportation·
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
