Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Sungai Chua). For those of you who live in Kajang/Bangi/Serdang and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, MR. PAINT SHOP SDN. BHD., and able to work under full time system.
As a company that is professional and competent in the field we are engaged in, we have specific criteria for each of our employees as well as the prospective employees. If you are experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales with a minimum degree of Not Specified, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of RM 1,800 - RM 2,500. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Promote our product to walk in customers.
- Develop sales strategies and approaches for various our products and services, such as special promotions in the season.
- Increase and maintain shop’s sales to achieve monthly target.
- Manage stock and inventory.
- Assisting in customer’s inquiries and needs.
- Responsible for the company’s daily shop operations.
- Serving and assisting customers in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintaining customer’s satisfaction.
- All other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin is advantage.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
