We need you to fill the position as Purchasing Executive for our office.
This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Kajang/Bangi/Serdang and its surroundings.

If you are a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and experienced in the field of Manufacturing & Purchasing/Material Mgmt, a person who honesty and discipline, then you are highly awaited in our company.
The starting salary we can offer is in a range from RM 3,500 - RM 5,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

- Carry out all purchasing duties for health food materials, packaging materials and others.
- To negotiate terms and prices with suppliers and recommend purchases.
- Follow up purchase order issued to suppliers and ensure prompt delivery of goods.
- Assist in selection and evaluation of existing/new suppliers to ensure they are conforming to quality, cost and delivery.
- Able to prepare purchasing cost analysis reports, upkeep and maintain all record/data/document as per ISO requirements.
- Work closely with production, material and inventory control at maximum efficiency.
- Review daily production output and adjust the production plan whenever necessary.
- To conduct monthly material / product inventory count.
- Negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives.
- Timely submit the matching of PO, invoice, DO to account for sales tax claim and to smooth the process of payment.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Serdang Perdana.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- High proficiency in Mandarin (Spoken & Written)
