Our company, QI Services (M) Sdn Bhd are currently hiring for interested candidates to join and to be a part of our company as project controller with a full time work system, which domiciled in Petaling Jaya and surrounding areas. As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is Not Specified which experienced in Building/Construction & Civil/Construction.

The competitive net salary we can offer is start from RM 12,000 to a maximum of RM 17,000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Industry background:
- Candidate must be from Construction and Project financing background with clear understanding and overseeing financial and accounting functions during the construction and project financing phase
Roles & Responsibilities:
- As a Project Controller, you are to oversee and lead the entire finance team. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of the financial and accounting functions including the setting of goals and objectives, developing and implementing of policies and procedures; and ensuring the processes are compliances with the laws.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and participate in the preparation of various financial statements, management and statutory report for the business unit and company.
- Develop, review and enhance internal controls, policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement goals, policies, priorities and procedures relating to financial management, budget and accounting.
- Review financial statements with management personnel.
- Ensure timely, accurate closing of full sets of accounts, budget & cash flow and consolidation.
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
- Monitor all payment timelines, clear understanding of tendering process and payment milestones
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Conduct risk assessment for new contracts and provide analysis report
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal control procedures and accounting policies.
- Coordinates preparation of external audit materials, financial reporting and control.
- Preparing presentations and internal approval papers
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated head.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent.
- At least 10+ years’ hands-on experience in accounting and full-set accounts
- Possess maturity, strategic thinking ability and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of applicable accounting laws, tax and regulations.Prior experience in construction Industry will be advantageous.
- IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft Office application, Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Independent, meticulous and good team player.
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
