We are pleased to inform you that our company office, Dell Global Business Center Sdn Bhd is currently seeking candidates to then join and fill the position as Product Offer Management Internship (2024 intake) and able to work under internship working hours system.
We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Your capability will be highly appreciated by our company.

Product Offer Management Internship
Product Document Management is key to deploying and managing product data for initial release of our products and any engineering changes that follow. The team is also crucial to managing products and peripheral components though product release and the associated change activities post release. Put simply, they help to keep our game-changing products at their ground-breaking best. Along the way, the team works directly with diverse functions to help guide project management in the definition, design, building and shipping of systems configuration requirements.

What you’ll achieve
As a Product Offer Management Lead Specialist, you will deploy and manage product data for initial release of our products and any engineering changes that follow, working directly with diverse functions to guide in the definition, design, building and shipping of systems configuration requirements.
You will:
- Proactively manage and coordinate product data/ item attributes maintenance by using global processes and internal system
- Participate in some of the global projects with agreed timelines and quality standards
- Audit, validate and manage submittals of Product Data (PD) requests from creation till the order downloading process.
- Drive transformational mindset with the team to deliver upon strategic north star for the organization
- Making process improvement by using some programming language or RPA process for best practice experience, performance, scalability and future expansion

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, Mathematics, or equivalent (internship Feb/Mar 2024 onwards)
- Efficient and accurate in handling and manipulating data.
- Understanding of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures related to applications programming.
- Project management skills to drive end-to-end solutions to complex problem
- An excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal, comfortable communicating to global team across all region.
Desirable Requirements
- Demonstrated capability to lead a cross-function global program and attending the global meeting.
- Knowledge in using technical skill – Python, Artificial Intelligence (AI)
