The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of RM 3,500 - RM 4,500. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and strive to achieve sales quota through direct sale of all medical products.
- Identify and grow assigned territory efficiently and effectively.
- Build, develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Create and update sales opportunities.
- Managing pipeline effectively and reporting and execute sales plans.
- Thoroughly learn and maintain current knowledge of all medical simulation products.
- Call on prospective customers and provide product information and demonstrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical science, Medicine, nursing or a related discipline
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in medical devices sales.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel throughout the region.
- Commission, transport allowance and mobile phone will be provided by the company.
