Our company, KVC Industrial Supplies Sdn Bhd are currently hiring for interested candidates to join and to be a part of our company as procurement executive with a full time work system, which domiciled in Kajang/Bangi/Serdang and surrounding areas. As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is Not Specified which experienced in Manufacturing & Purchasing/Material Mgmt.
Candidates who uphold honesty and discipline are a must for our company.
The competitive net salary we can offer is start from RM 1,600 to a maximum of RM 3,700, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Responsible of the order fulfilment.
Including but not limited to the following:
- Responsible for all procurement activities for the organization. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on procurement, procedures, and contracts.
- To develop, manage and co-ordinate the procurement processes.
- Identify and select vendors that meets the criteria of pricing, quality, quantity availability and delivery dates
- Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority
- Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure goods are delivered on time
- Manage suppliers on quality issues and co-ordinate changes in material specification
Key requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any related disciplines
- Preferably with 1 or 2 years working experiences
- Fresh graduates is encouraged to apply
- Required skill(s): MS Office
