The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of RM 3,500 - RM 5,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible on project planning, scheduling and track timeliness and milestones.
Liaise with local agencies and authorities to follow up on approval of licenses, permits, etc.
To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
Preparation of ad-hoc quotations where necessary.
Assist the Director/Manager with the planning of the department.
Ensure all contracts department documentations and procedures are updated and in compliance standard procedures.

Requirement:

Bachelor Degree holder
At least 2 – 3 years relevant working experience.
High level of integrity, well organized and work with assertiveness.
Ability to work independently and good communication & writing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Familiar with Contract conditions and administration.
Analytical, attention to details and possess strong communication skill.
Possess high level of integrity.
