Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:

Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.

Campaign Management:

Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, videos, and graphics.

Social Media Management:

Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles, including posting updates, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement metrics.

Email Marketing: Help in creating and sending email marketing campaigns, segmenting email lists, and analyzing campaign performance.

Communication Skill:

Conduct communication skills assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement among employees. Analyze the specific communication requirements within the organization.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Prepare regular reports and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers and respond to inquiries, feedback, and reviews on various platforms.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.

Editing Skill:

Improve sentence structure, clarity, and readability. Verify factual accuracy and consistency in content. Ensure proper use of terminology and jargon.

Substantive Editing:

Assess the overall structure and flow of content.

Suggest and implement revisions to enhance the coherence and logical progression of ideas. Ensure that content is engaging and appropriately targeted to the intended audience.

Social Media Strategy:

Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing and branding goals.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize social media efforts.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns.

Content Creation and Management:

Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms. Schedule and post content regularly on social media channels. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Use social media management tools to track performance and gather insights for continuous improvement.

·  Always remember not to over-promised or commit in any circumstances. (Give a grace period).

· every day have to do TTD (Thing to Do) according to what is assigned by the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

v Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

v Proven experience (1-2 years) in marketing or a related role.

v Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.

v Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.

v Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

v Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

v Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

v Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
