We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Logistic Executive in our company, GOFORTH CORPORATION SDN BHD. For candidates who reside in Klang/Port Klang and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Services & Logistics/Supply Chain and possess a Not Specified or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 2,800 - RM 3,500 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Purchasing personnel in charge for the completion of whole import material purchasing process.
- Coordinate with forwarding agent and shipping company on shipment arrival and relevant matters for imported goods.
- Update purchasing personnel in charge for shipment arrival (ETA) date of imported goods.
- Responsible for responding immediately to shipment delay of goods importation and notifying internal customers (purchaser in charge and indoor sales coordinator) about any delays in the receiving schedule.
- In charge of CIDB’s e-permit application.
- Liaise with liner for shipment schedule, prepare, coordinate on export shipment and provide prompt information to sales coordinators for shipment arrival of their customers and relevant matters.
- Assist in import goods received data updating into Autocount system.
Knowledge
- Royal Malaysia Custom’s import and export regulation.
- Malaysian tariff codes.
- Forwarding rulings of foreign countries (including Brunei) where we have export and/or import activities
Requirements and skills
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced Diploma,
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision yet capable and comfortable to work in team environment
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Required software skills: Microsoft Excel and Word. Working experience of Auto Count Accounting is an advantage.
