We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Manufacturing with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of RM 4,000 - RM 5,600 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Act as liaison between the company and Korean Speaking stakeholders (Korean Expat), facilitating effective communication and understanding of technical requirements and specifications.
- Support verbal & document translation (Korean, English , Malay & Etc)
- Collaborate with senior engineers to assist in the development of lithium-ion battery products, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of manufacturing processes, including cell assembly, electrode manufacturing, and cell testing.
- Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions to optimize production efficiency and quality. Contribute to the documentation of manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality control processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and increase overall manufacturing productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of battery components into the manufacturing process.
- Respond to internal & VOC issue, cell & process history, destructive & non-destructive analysis, reporting, respond to internal meeting & analysis assumption of root cause.
- Manage, revise and update SOP with current practice in production line.
- Prepare standard for MC operation and product quality through QCP, FMEA.
- Responsible to troubleshooting problem that related with machine.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with battery manufacturing processes, such as electrode fabrication, cell assembly, and battery pack assembly.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for design and analysis (e.g., CAD, MATLAB, Excel).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, while adhering to project timelines.
