As a competent company, we Xedea Sdn Bhd are looking for candidates for the position of junior graphic designer with full time work system. We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree, experienced in Arts/Media/Communications & Arts/Creative Design and domiciled in Subang Jaya and surrounding areas.
Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary RM 2,800 - RM 3,200 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Job Description
This role is for someone who enjoys creating beautifully designed images and videos for marketing and advertising purposes.
- Conceptualize visuals and videos based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, gif, videos and other designs using software
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with Digital Marketers to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Working effectively in a team setting.
Personal Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years working experience in a similar industry or working field for a senior position.
- Preferably able to converse in, English, Malay and Mandarin
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Versatile and flexible, with the ability to work well under pressure
- A great attitude, a willingness to learn and master new skills and commitment to excellence.
Compensation, benefits & working environment
- Gross salary of RM 2,800 – RM 3,200 (depending on experience)
- Annual increment & bonus opportunities
- 14 days annual leave, standard medical leave, birthday leave & volunteer leave (if you do volunteer work)
- Hybrid working situation – 3 days from office, 2 days from home
- Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM
