We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Industrial Engineering Section Head. For those of you who live in Bayan Lepas and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, ASE Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Engineering & Industrial Engineering with at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, & Master's Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

To lead a team to ensure detailed industrial engineering for effective capacity modeling and efficient operational resources. Key responsibility include capacity/capital/space analysis and strategies proposal/execution to support production forecast. Support manufacturing efficiency in cycle time reduction, OEE improvement, capacity/space optimization, headcount productivity improvement, and waste elimination.
Primary Responsibilities :
1. Capacity analysis : equipment & headcount
2. Plant layout design and planning
3. UPH based on established parameter
4. Manning ratio determination for headcount planning
5. Support manufacturing efficiency in terms of cycle time, OEE & productivity improvement
6. Provide inputs on strategies discussions and support execution activities
Qualification & Experience :
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (IE or ME) or equivalent
• 7+ years of related Industrial Engineering experience
• In-depth understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency with analytical tools, workflow time study, and process balancing
• Ability to interface with manufacturing & functional leads
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced experience in Value Stream Mapping & Microsoft Excel Macro
