We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Finance Manager in our company, Lipta Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd. For candidates who reside in Melaka and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting and possess a Not Specified or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Job Summary:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Account Department and ensure the company finance function is organised and efficient.
- Produce accurate financial and management accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a documented system of accouritirig policy and procedure.
- Oversee the operation of the Account Department, including financial modeling and analysis, preparation ofbudget, forecast and cash flow.
- Oversee all tax and regulatory or compliance issues.
- Oversee the accounting operation of subsidiary corporations, especially their control system, transaction-processing operation, policy and procedure.
- Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner.
- Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly.
- Ensure that periodic bank reconciliation is completed.
- Ensure that all Bank Acceptance is being made on time.
- Ensure that required debt payment are made on a timely basis.
- Maintain an orderly accounting tiling system.
- Maintain a system of control over accounting transaction.
- Calculate and issue financial and operating metric.
- Calculate variance from the budget and report significant issue to management.
- Provide a system of management cost report.
- Issue timely and complete financial statements.
- Recommend benchmark against which to measure the performance of company operation.
- Manage the annual budget and forecast.
- Provide financial analysis as needed, in particular for capital investment, pricing decision and contract negotiation.
- Coordinate the provision of information to external auditor for the annual audit.
- Monitor debt level and compliance with debt covenant.
- Comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements and tax filing.
- Review and buy the best foreign exchange rate for the company.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
