We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Receptionist. For those of you who live in Kajang/Bangi/Serdang and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, ALLO TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD., and able to under a full time working hours.
As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with at least Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 2,900 - RM 3,900. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist all incoming visitors.
- Provide information, directions, and assistance as required.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all guests.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Register and monitors incoming visitor. Keep accurate records of visitor logs.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Handle walk-in, incoming calls, and emails from customers on complaints/enquiries and escalate (if any) to relevant PIC.
- Process customer order, termination request and complaint escalations.
- Deliver excellent customer service, at all times, covering all channels, in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
- Assist in various administrative tasks including photocopying, sending document, filing and data entry.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma holder in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience working as a receptionist. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.2
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Familiar with Microsoft Teams
- Able to read, write and converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong interpersonal skills and be an excellent communicator who can successfully interact with visitors and customers.
