We are hiring for the position of Customer Service Associate [English speaking, sales oriented] - Subang Jaya with full time working hours for our company office, EPS Malaysia, for residents of Subang Jaya and its neighboring areas.
Candidates with expertise in Services & Customer Service and at least a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or higher are highly needed. Our client is hiring for English-speaking Customer Service Associate with ability to do cross selling and upselling.
Role summary:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling pre-cruise requests and reservations across multiple markets and brands.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist guests and /or travel agencies in providing reservation pricing and availability, aiming to close the sale for the inquired cruise dates and ships
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling activities to maximize revenue
Who are we looking for?
- Possess minimum 1 year of contact centre/customer service/BPO experience
- Able to start working by end of November 2023
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to speak in Bahasa Indonesia, is an added advantage
- Able to work on shift rotation and weekend rotation (last shift ends at 11 pm)
