Min Key Group (the “Group”) originally started as Ningbo Min Key Construction Co Ltd, which was established in Ningbo, China in 2008 with a registered capital of RMB 10 million.The Group specializes in civil and building construction, mechanical and electrical engineering works, interior design, building refurbishment and other services. The Group has undertaken several large-scale projects in China for both domestic and international clients.

With the successful implementation of numerous projects throughout China, and the establishment of a strong procurement team, the Group has expanded its scope of work to look for projects internationally.The Group aims to bring our advanced technology and price competitive materials to other parts of the world.

As the founders of the Group are originally from Malaysia, it has naturally become one of our first target countries and a key geography for our expertise.In 2009 we established our Malaysian company, Ceria Alliance Sdn Bhd, to undertake various rural infrastructure projects commissioned by the government of Malaysia.

In 2011, the Group set up an additional Malaysia company, Min Key Builders Sdn Bhd, with paid up capital of RM 1 million.In-line with the Group’s core business, Min Key Builders Sdn Bhd is focused on construction, property investment and development.This company also holds a CIDB G7 license and has office located in Puchong Jaya.

Over recent years, the Group has completed numerous housing projects for the private sector, as well as infrastructure projects for the Malaysian government.
