We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER. For candidates who reside in Seremban and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at Samsung SDI Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We look forward to hearing from you soon if you have expertise in the fields of Manufacturing with a minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree.
We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 5,000 - RM 7,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Responsible for the overall production operation and for production planning and to ensure that such plan is within the availability of manpower and machine capacity.
- To ensure that product is strictly produced according to product specifications and standard operating procedures.
- To continuously look into ways to enhance the productivity of the production department by utilizing machine capacity and manpower in an optimum way.
- To ensure that all non-conforming products are properly identified, segregate and submitted for management review.
- To responsible for employee development, ensure safe and clean environment in the production floor.
- To promote safety awareness in production and to minimize industrial accidents.
- To ensure a consistently high quality in finished goods.
- Overseeing compliance of safety regulations within the local guidelines in the overall operation of the factory.
- Reviewing and monitoring production performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- 20 Full Time position for Assistant Managers
- Preferably specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Willing to work at Senawang Negeri Sembilan.
