Our company, HUIHUANG INTERNATIONAL (M) SDN BHD are currently hiring for interested candidates to join and to be a part of our company as assistant director 董事助理 with a full time work system, which domiciled in Kajang/Bangi/Serdang and surrounding areas. As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma which experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Secretarial/Executive Personal Assistant.
Candidates who uphold honesty and discipline are a must for our company.
The competitive net salary we can offer is start from RM 1,600 to a maximum of RM 3,700, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the director on strategy planning and implementation.
- Completing given responsibilities to assist the director with projects and initiatives.
- Keeping track of tasks that have been delegated to other members of the team.
- Developing and maintaining excellent connections with clients, management, employees, and the general public.
- Organizing and filing paperwork, taking notes, and communicating with the director are all things do.
- Assisting the director in the creation and implementation of budgets, timetables, and metrics.
- Share related information about company services to Clients, management team and shareholders
- Participating in workplace and community events by planning, arranging, and scheduling.
- Employee recruitment, training, and retraining.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g.,business management, marketing) is often preferred, although relevant work experience can substitute for formal education.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in business development, strategy planning or a related role
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.This role will require to liaise with stakeholder from China.
