To candidates with Not Specified which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support, we Sunway Malls, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as assistant - admin (procurement) and dedicated to work in contract which domiciled in Subang Jaya and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

JOB SUMMARY
Provides assistance of administrative support in all procurement activities for the company.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- To provide administrative support as required, example : PO issuance, follow up quotation & preparing price tabulation.
- Assist Procurement Department with tasks set out by Procurement team members.
- Follow up non-closure PO with end users & vendors.
REQUIREMENT :
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
- Competence in writing and communicating in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Capacity to manage high stress situations.
- Demonstrates ability to work in a team.
- Willing to be based at Sunway Pyramid (Bandar Sunway).
