Our company, PRISM Supply Chain Asia Sdn Bhd are currently hiring for interested candidates to join and to be a part of our company as aog team leader (air freight) with a full time work system, which domiciled in Subang Jaya and surrounding areas. As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is Not Specified which experienced in Services & Logistics/Supply Chain.
Candidates who uphold honesty and discipline are a must for our company.
The competitive net salary we can offer is start from RM 1,600 to a maximum of RM 3,700, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

*This is a rotational shift based role (morning, noon, night). Applicants must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
a) Lead a team of Customer Service agents (around 10)
- Ensure the targets (performance, quality, cost) are reached by the team .
- Lead the team by bringing team spirit, encouraging continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach the team by sharing his/her experience and bringing trust and self-confidence.
- Organize the daily team attendance and involvement (hybrid management, back-ups…)
- Alert his/her direct Manager in case of dysfunction internal to the team.
- Escalate any related topics to the upper level of hierarchy, as per the agreed escalation matrix.
b) Supervise and Monitor the Operational Workflow to Ensure a Full Supply Chain Visibility to the Customer
- Receive and control customer bookings according to the processes in place.
- Monitor shipments on regular basis (3PL shipment confirmation, milestones completion, etc.)
- Monitor delays and deliveries events using the dedicated IT solutions (TMS, collaborative platform, BI…)
- Alert the customer team pro-actively in case of deviation and propose alternative solutions
- Create the reports and analysis to give a consolidated vision of the flows for a single customer
- Meet deadlines and ensure completion of customer service tasks within the expected time frames
c) Contribute to improve Partners and Vendor performance
- Monitor the 3PLs service quality and give feedback to the Hub manager
- Monitor the good deployment and efficiency of new operational practices with the 3PLs
- Contribute to formalize the SOP
- Provide 1st level of support to the 3PL (operational inquiries, data matters etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge in air freight/ freight forwarding/ AOG/ oversize cargo is a must.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Well organized and able to structure a team of around 10 people.
