Our company, HARI FROZEN FOOD SDN.BHD. are currently hiring for interested candidates to join and to be a part of our company as admin clerk with a full time work system, which domiciled in Kajang/Bangi/Serdang and surrounding areas. As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Diploma, & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma which experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support.
Candidates who uphold honesty and discipline are a must for our company.
The competitive net salary we can offer is start from RM 1,800 to a maximum of RM 2,800, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
- Take minutes of meetings and dictations
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
- Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events
- Perform other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in business administration, or equivalent.
- Strategic direction and achieves results.
- Able to work independently and is self-driven
