Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative to join us. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of the center and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for kids. The Administrative will be responsible for various administrative tasks, assisting with student registrations, managing schedules, handling inquiries, and coordinating with trainers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Registration and Records Management:

Handle student registrations, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain updated and organized student records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
Front Desk and Communication:

Serve as the front-line point of contact for visitors, students, and parents, providing exceptional customer service.
Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
Scheduling and Coordination:

Assist in scheduling training sessions, workshops, and events, coordinating with trainers and staff to ensure seamless execution.
Manage calendars and update schedules for trainers and center activities.
Resource Management:

Order and maintain inventory of training materials, office supplies, and other resources necessary for smooth operation.
Monitor and report on resource usage, assisting in budget management.
Data Entry and Reporting:

Enter data into relevant systems accurately and efficiently.
Generate reports and summaries as required, providing timely updates to management.
Facility Management:

Oversee the general upkeep and cleanliness of the training center.
Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs and improvements.
Special Events and Activities:

Assist in organizing and coordinating special events, workshops, and community engagement initiatives.
Support logistics and planning for these events.
Collaboration and Team Support:

Collaborate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth functioning of the center.
Provide support to colleagues as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications in administration is a plus.
Previous experience in administrative roles is desirable, particularly within an educational or special needs setting.
Knowledge and understanding of special needs education principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in using standard office software and computer applications.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in working with individuals with special needs.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
